BreadRescue program saves surplus bread and pastry products which are taken back to central kitchen or distribution units on a daily basis. The surplus products are packed in boxes for pickups and with support of GrabExpress, FoodCycle picks up the boxes on a daily basis, which are then delivered directly to FoodCycle Indonesia’s partners.
